Andrea is an art history graduate of Connecticut College and has long been inspired by the jewelry of the ancient Greeks and Romans. She has studied for more than ten years with the Jewelry Arts Institute of New York as well as with renowned wax carvers, Fred de Vos and Sami Zeira.

As a former buyer of American and European sportswear for a large department store chain, Andrea loves to meld the old with the new, often producing items to complement today's fashions.

American Indian jewelry has long been a personal passion; so many of her pieces incorporate turquoise with 22k gold. Andrea says that the color turquoise is happy and coordinates well with any color in one's wardrobe.
